Ideally this would be found from the Writings, and perhaps if helpful could be proposed to the Universal House of Justice to facilitate discussions and speak with greater precision and succinctness.

Proposals

• "Central authorities": the Central Figures, Shoghi Effendi, and the Universal House of Justice
• "writings" (lower case) to include Sacred Writings as well as Shoghi Effendi's writings
